Pregnancy, Birth, & Postpartum Support for all outcomes. In Person & Virtual Support. This means I only take on a select number of clients per month/year. This helps me prioritize my health, family, & intentional care for my clients. If you are interested in doula services its best to reach out as soon as possible to ensure availability. I am a medi-cal approved doula. If you are currently insured under medi-cal, you may be able to receive medi-cal doula services at no cost to you.

- Prenatal Education Package: $500

2-3 educational prenatal sessions including: childbirth overview, comfort measures, birth planning session, Lactation, & Postpartum Planning.

-Birth Support Package: $1800

2-3 prenatal sessions

Doula on call after 37 weeks

Labor Support during onset of active labor until birth

Immediate postpartum support 1-3 hours post birth

1 in home postpartum visit following birth

Birth Support includes education, emotional support, promotion of self-advocacy of the client, advocacy, comfort measures, continuous labor presence, immediate postpartum support. 

-Postpartum Support Package: $1000

5 Visits Total

1 prenatal visit 

4 3 hr Postpartum visits in home.

Visits ideally take place once a week for the first 40 days based on availability & need.

Postpartum support for the birthing person & family. We will meet once during your pregnancy for a postpartum prep & planning session. We can discuss your goals & how to best support you. Postpartum support can look like emotional support, lactation support, help with light cleaning, rest, light hydration  nourishment such as teas, snacks, & broths. Gentle presence & guidance as you honor the transition into parenthood.

-Birth+Postpartum Package: $2,600

2-3 prenatal sessions

5 in home postpartum visit following birth.

Visits ideally take place once a week depending on availability & need.

-Placental Encapsulation: $350

Placenta Encapsulation package includes; pick up & drop off, capsules, keepsake cord, & prints.

Placental Encapsulation is a process in which the placenta is dehydrated & encapsulated into pill form. Possible benefits of ingesting the placenta include hormone balancing, increased energy, decreased baby blues, increased milk production. . 

- Lactation Education: $150

Prepare for breast/chest feeding. Discuss your feeding goals, learn the benefits of offering your baby human milk, get the basics to set your family up for success. 

- Pregnancy Loss Support $500

4 sessions in person or virtual 

Support for all types of pregnancy loss and outcomes. Not all pregnancies result in a live birth. Not all babies stay. Through my own experience with pregnancy loss, training, knowledge, & intuition I offer to hold space for you & your loss. This can look like emotional support, postpartum support, physical presence, resources, grief support, & exploring ways to honor your baby ( if applicable.)
